Using EverThread
By purchasing or using EverThread, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. EverThread is a personal continuity companion. It is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the memories, journal entries, conversations, photos, voice memos, locations, exports, and other material you create or import into EverThread.
You are responsible for the content you import, create, export, or send to any intelligence provider you select.
User-selected intelligence providers
EverThread may allow you to choose Apple Intelligence, Ollama, Anthropic, OpenAI, or a custom backend. If you choose a third-party provider, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use EverThread to create, store, or transmit illegal content.
- Do not use the app to harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or misuse the app.
- Do not use EverThread as a replacement for professional help in emergencies.
Disclaimers and limits
EverThread is provided as-is and as available. We work to make the app reliable and respectful, but we cannot guarantee that every feature, intelligence provider, import format, export file, or operating system behavior will work perfectly in every circumstance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Continuity Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EverThread.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and communicate the change through the app, website, or release notes.
